Thank You to the Drivers Who Keep BIG Moving
Every route. Every load. Every day.
Behind the services our customers depend on are the drivers who make it all happen.
As we recognize National Truck Driver Appreciation Day and National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, we want to take a moment to thank the men and women behind the wheel across Brannon Industrial Group. Their work keeps our businesses moving, our customers supported, and our communities served.
At BIG, driving is about much more than getting from Point A to Point B. Our drivers are often the people our customers see most. They are the ones arriving at jobsites, businesses, homes, and facilities throughout the communities we serve. In many ways, they are the face of our company.

More Than a Driver
A driver’s day can begin long before many of us arrive at work.
There are trucks to inspect, routes to review, equipment to check, loads to secure, deliveries to make, containers to service, customers to assist, and schedules to keep moving.
And no two days are exactly the same.
A construction project may need a roll-off delivered at just the right time. A residential neighborhood is counting on its scheduled trash pickup. A business needs reliable waste service without interrupting operations. A customer may have a question or need help figuring out where something should go.
Our drivers handle those moments every day.
They problem-solve. They communicate. They adjust. They represent BIG in the field.
Most importantly, they understand that reliability matters.
Keeping Our Divisions Moving
Across the BIG family of companies, drivers are essential to the services we provide.
At BVR Waste & Recycling, drivers keep residential, commercial, municipal, and roll-off services running throughout the communities we serve. Their work contributes directly to our goal of creating cleaner communities and supporting responsible waste and recycling practices.
That work has a measurable impact. BVR and Premier Metal Buyers have helped divert millions of pounds of material through recycling efforts, including metal, wood, concrete, cardboard, paper, and plastic.
At Premier Metal Buyers, moving material safely and efficiently is an important part of serving industrial customers and keeping recyclable metals moving toward their next use.
At Stop & Go Potties, dependable transportation and service ensure construction sites, businesses, community events, and other customers have the sanitation equipment they need when they need it.
And throughout the BIG organization, our transportation teams help connect our operations with the customers and communities that depend on us.
Customer Service Happens Behind the Wheel
Customer service doesn't only happen over the phone or behind a counter.
Sometimes it happens from the cab of a truck.
It is the driver who takes an extra moment to make sure a container is positioned correctly for a customer.
It is the driver who notices something that could become a problem and communicates it before it does.
It is showing patience when a jobsite is crowded, taking care around someone's property, answering a customer's question, or making sure the next stop is handled with the same attention as the first.
Those interactions matter.
Customers may not know everything happening behind the scenes to complete their service, but they know whether their driver was dependable, professional, courteous, and willing to help.
That is where BIG's Customer First mentality becomes something customers can see.
Safety Comes First
Our drivers also carry an enormous responsibility every time they get behind the wheel.
They operate large vehicles and equipment on highways, rural roads, neighborhood streets, industrial facilities, construction sites, and busy customer properties.
Doing that work well requires constant awareness.
Pre-trip inspections, proper load securement, safe backing procedures, communication, situational awareness, and following established safety practices may seem routine, but those routines protect our employees, our customers, and everyone sharing the road.
At BIG, Safety is one of our core values for a reason. Getting the job done matters, but getting everyone home safely matters more.
The People Who Keep BIG Moving
Trucks, equipment, technology, and facilities are important parts of our operation.
But people make the operation work.
Our drivers show Relentlessness when the days are long and the routes are demanding.
They demonstrate Loyalty by taking ownership of the customers and communities they serve.
They show Coachability by continuing to learn and improve.
They demonstrate Integrity by doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
They put Customers First by understanding that every stop represents a promise we made.
And they practice Safety every time they choose to slow down, double-check, communicate, and do the job the right way.
Those values aren't words hanging on a wall. Our drivers put them into motion every day.
Thank You
During National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, we want our drivers across BIG to know something simple:
We see what you do, and we appreciate it.
Thank you for the early mornings.
Thank you for the long routes.
Thank you for navigating construction sites, highways, neighborhoods, yards, and customer facilities.
Thank you for taking care of our equipment.
Thank you for representing our companies professionally.
Thank you for putting safety first.
Thank you for taking care of our customers.
And thank you for being the people who keep BIG moving.
Every route. Every load. Every day.
We're proud to have you behind the wheel.
